....and speaking of St. Johns....here are some stats of all homes listed/pending and sold for the last 12 months in the 97203 zip code. Lots of inventory (166) and low sales (10) are screaming buyers' market. Between that, low interest rates and the $8000 tax credit, get your 1st time buyers out there.

North Portland Greenway

Hello? This is a fabulous idea that has been gaining momentum for several years. I ride down in this undeveloped area (currently known as Superfund or Badlands) at least a couple times/week to access St Johns and Forest Park from my home in NE. It would provide a much-needed safe route from North Portland to downtown and SE.

npGREENWAY envisions a trail system providing access to and along the Willamette River enveloping the north riverfront from the Steel Bridge in downtown Portland to Cathedral Park near the St. Johns Bridge and extending through Baltimore Woods to Kelley Point Park.....

Hi,

Welcome to my blog. I'm here to try to connect Portland's amazing cycling community with our equally amazing neighborhood and housing landscape. So I hope you will find useful cycling information, boring market stats, useless humor and a plethora of hall closet junk. Post all your favorite silliness here
cheers and gears!
